PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter which can smoothly perform a transplanting work while being urged of the return operation of a seedling carrying board to a standard posture, by detecting that the seedling carrying board is in a horizontally turned posture from the standard position and that the machine body in a running start operation state, and issuing an alarm.SOLUTION: This transplanter is provided with the seedling carrying board 7 that carries and supplies a spare seedling rearward from front side of the machine body and is supported by a supporting frame 19 erected from the running machine body. The seedling carrying board 7 is capable of changing its posture between the standard posture along the longitudinal direction of the machine body and a horizontally turned posture outward from the standard posture.
