PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the production of dried persimmons in which the machine drying being a production method by a drying machine is advanced for eliminating such problems as lowering of quality/yield and difficulty of planned shipping of products due to fluctuation of dry days and occurrence of black discoloration/mold or corruption that are defects of solar drying, however, the peeled persimmons arranged in the drying machine and the management such as structures of dry trays are not sufficient, and therefore improvement is still required to the lowering of the quality/yield.SOLUTION: A dried persimmon drying tool of the present invention is configured by providing a bottom having holes for preventing dropping of peeled persimmons in a dry tray to arrange a large number of holes for air circulation, and is characterized by sequentially arranging and hanging one or several peeled persimmons in one direction of the dry tray (transverse direction or longitudinal direction), so that high quality dried persimmons can be efficiently produced at the high yield.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 干し柿の製造において、天日乾燥の欠点である、乾燥日数変動、黒変・かびや腐敗果が発生し、品質・歩留低下と、製品の計画出荷が難しい等を無くす、機械乾燥が進んでいる。即ち、乾燥機による製造方法である。しかし、乾燥機に配備する剥皮した柿と、乾燥トレイの構造等の管理が十分でなく、品質・歩留低下に対して、改良の余地がある。【解決手段】 本発明は、乾燥トレイには、剥皮した柿落下防止用の孔を有する底部を設け、空気流通用の多数の孔等を開設した構成とし、この乾燥トレイの一方向(短手方向、又長手方向)に、順列し、剥皮した柿を、一個、又は数個吊下することを特徴としたので、効率的に、高品質の干柿を、歩留まりよく製造できる。【選択図】 図5
