Lee extraction essence not affecting on flavor while maintaining the effect in enhancing the proliferation of Rubus suavissimus S. Lee extract lactic acid bacteria and the survivability of Bifidobacterium bacteria, and having an effect in enhancing the proliferation of Bifidobacterium bacteria that has not ever been seen before.SOLUTION: The invention provides a Rubus suavissimus S.
