The present invention relates to an animal brace using a 3D printer and a manufacturing method of the brace. The animal brace manufacturing method according to the present invention creates a three-dimensional image (first image) of an animal′s body part using a 3D scanner and then creates a three-dimensional image (second image) of the brace in a software based on the first image. Finally, by printing the second image three-dimensionally, it is possible to generate a brace which is simple and easy to match an affected part and body shape of the animal patient.3D 프린터를 이용한 맞춤형 동물 보조기 및 그 보조기 제작방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 동물용 보조기 제작방법은 3D 스캐너(Scanner)를 이용하여 동물환자의 신체 부분의 3차원 이미지(제1 이미지)를 생성한 다음, 제1 이미지를 기초로 보조기의 3차원 이미지(제2 이미지)를 소프트웨어적으로 생성할 수 있다. 최종적으로 제2 이미지를 3차원 인쇄함으로써 간편하고 용이하면서도 동물환자의 환부와 신체 형태에 맞춘 보조기를 생성할 수 있다.
