The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis. More specifically, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a dental implant prosthesis using a three-dimensional shape design and a 3D printer. The method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis comprises the steps of: (a) fastening a healing abutment to a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone； (b) obtaining a three-dimensional image of an oral environment in which the healing abutment is fastened； (c) designing a three-dimensional shape of an upper prosthesis fastened to the healing abutment with respect to the three-dimensional image； and (d) manufacturing the upper prosthesis by outputting the designed three-dimensional shape of the upper prosthesis with a 3D printer.치과용 보철물 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 3차원 형상 설계와 3D 프린터를 이용한 치과용 임플란트 보철물 제조 방법에 관하여 개시한다.본 발명은 (a) 치조골에 식립된 픽스처에 힐링 어버트먼트를 체결하는 단계； (b) 힐링 어버트먼트가 체결된 구강환경의 3차원 영상을 취득하는 단계； (c) 상기 3차원 영상을 기준으로 상기 힐링 어버트먼트에 체결되는 상부보철물의 3차원 형상을 설계하는 단계； 및 (d) 설계된 상부보철물의 상기 3차원 형상을 3D 프린터로 출력하여 상부보철물을 제조하는 단계；를 포함하는 치과용 임플란트 보철물 제조 방법을 제공한다.
