The present invention relates to a jig for an anchorage which supports an anchorage for a procedure fixing the anchorage for orthodontics within an oral cavity in a dental clinic correction procedure and is removed from the oral cavity by being separated from the anchorage after the anchorage is fixed within the oral cavity and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method for the jig for the anchorage according to the present invention comprises: an (a) step of outputting a 3D oral image in which an oral structure containing the teeth structure of a patient on a display screen is formed in 3D image； and a (b) step of obtaining the shape of the jig from the 3D jig image which is designed in a structure in which the anchorage is able to be connected and has an occlusal surface of a shape in which the surface of a specific teeth region is transferred in order to be equipped in the specific teeth region of the 3D oral image. The manufacturing method for the jig for the anchorage according to the present invention is able to easily design the jig of a shape suitable for the oral structure of a patient, is able to immediately manufacture in case of need and is able to reduce time required in the manufacture of the jig.
