PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copper compound-incorporated composition reduced in copper ion-derived astringency, easy to drink, and also leaving unpleasant aftertaste.
SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by incorporating a copper compound and a cyclodextrin. A method for reducing the unpleasant taste of the above composition is also provided, comprising incorporating the cyclodextrin therein.
