PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-frequency therapeutic device that can be downsized.SOLUTION: A low-frequency therapeutic device 1 includes: a pad 2 provided with a through-hole 2H in which pad side electrodes 2E and 2F are formed on a reverse face 2T; a holder 3 disposed at a reverse face 2T side of the pad 2 so as to face the pad side electrodes 2E and 2F; a body 4 having body side electrodes, which is detachably attached to the holder 3; and wiring members 5A and 5B for electrically connecting the body side electrodes and the pad side electrodes.
