PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-frequency therapeutic apparatus capable of facilitating work required until the start of its use, and stably energizing a pad.SOLUTION: A low-frequency therapeutic apparatus comprises a pad part 2 fitted to a body of a user for supplying a low frequency pulse current to the user, and a main body part 3 for supplying the low frequency pulse current to the pad part 2. The pad part 2 integrally comprises a pad 21 in which a conductive layer is exposed to at least a part of each of front and rear surfaces and a rear surface side is pasted onto a skin of the user through a conductive gel, and a holder 22 to which the pad 21 can be fitted. The main body part 3 comprises a locking part 41 for locking the holder 22, and a main body part side electrode part conducting to the conductive layer exposed to the front surface side of the pad 21 in a state of being locked to the holder 22.
