PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: an orally inserted guide tube pushes and expands an esophageal orifice, and a tip of the guide tube comes off during an operation because an expansion coefficient of a balloon is relatively small.SOLUTION: A guide tube for endoscope comprises: a main body tube having a through hole for inserting an endoscope and an outer balloon provided on an outer peripheral surface of the main body tube and inflated to an outer peripheral direction of the main body tube. The outer balloon is inflated to a rear end side to which the endoscope is inserted so as to form a hook part for blocking the movement of the main body tube to the rear end side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】経口的に挿通されるガイドチューブは、食道入口部を押し広げてしまい、しかも、バルーンの膨張率が比較的小さいので、施術中にガイドチューブの先端部が抜け出てしまうことがあった。
