The present invention is a pack which applies carbon dioxide to human skin for medical or cosmetic effects. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pack supplying carbon dioxide to the skin, which is capable of keeping for a long time without spoilage and which is easy to use by generating carbon dioxide through mixing an essence containing water. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a pack sheet which is a non-woven fabric dipped in a non reaction mixed solution obtained by injecting carbonate and acid into an aqueous oil of liquid-reaction blocking agent and mixing them； and an essence non-woven fabric dipped in a skin cosmetic essence or a common skin cosmetic essence containing water. The carbonate and acid are blocked from being in touch with the air by the reaction blocking agent, hence, the pack is preserved stably for a long time without generating carbon dioxide.본 발명은 의료효과 또는 미용효과를 얻기 위하여 이산화탄소를 피부에 작용시키는 팩으로서, 물을 포함한 에센스와의 혼합으로 이산화탄소가 발생하여 사용하기가 지극히 간편하고 변질 없이 장기간 보관할 수 있는 이산화탄소를 피부에 공급하는 팩을 제공하는 것이며, 이를 위하여 탄산염과 산을 수용성 오일로 된 액상의 반응차단제에 투입하여 고르게 섞어 얻어지는 미반응혼합액으로 부직포를 적셔 놓은 팩 시트와, 이것과는 별도의 물을 포함하는 통상의 피부미용에센스, 혹은 이 피부미용에센스로 적셔진 에센스 부직포로 이루어져서, 상기 탄산염과 산이 시술 전까지 미반응혼합액 중에서 반응차단제에 의해 대기와의 접촉이 차단되는 것에 의해 이산화탄소를 발생하지 않고 장기간 안정적으로 보존될 수 있는 구성의 팩이다.
