PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide supply system, a carbon dioxide supply method and a program by means of which carbon dioxide can be supplied into a plant cultivation room, with simple configuration.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide concentration measurement part 40 of a carbon dioxide supply system measures a carbon dioxide concentration in the plant growth room 20 inside which a plant of a growth subject is arranged. A carbonate holding part 30 is arranged in the plant growth room 20 and holds a carbonate 31. An acidic substance supply part 50 supplies an acidic substance to the held carbonate 31.
