The present invention relates to a cogeneration system for fertilizing carbon dioxide and, more specifically, to a cogeneration system for fertilizing carbon dioxide that refines carbon dioxide from combustion gas of a cogeneration system simultaneously generating and supplying power and heat through the combustion of fuel, and supplies the refined carbon dioxide to users.
