The present invention relates to an apparatus for simultaneously transferring hot water and exhaust gas, the apparatus comprising: a pump part including a hot-water pump for discharging hot water and an exhaust gas pump for discharging exhaust gas a microbubble generator for generating microbubbles formed of bubbles with diameters of 0.005 mm or less in which hot water supplied with a preset pressure by the hot water pump and the exhaust gas a simultaneous transfer piping in which microbubbles generated from the microbubble generator are transferred a separating tank which separates the microbubbles supplied through the transfer piping into carbon dioxide and hot water a carbon dioxide supply piping which supplies consumers with carbon dioxide separated in the separating tank and a hot water supplier which supplies consuming places with hot water separated in the separation tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, carbon dioxide is mixed with hot water by using a microbubble generator and is then supplied to consuming places in microbubble shapes.
