PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured container consisting of an outer barrel member and an inner barrel member, capable of exhibiting such effects as having no risk of leakage of the content to the outside, no risk of environmental deterioration when the content is discharged, or no risk of accidental mixture of foreign substances from the outside.
SOLUTION: The storage container comprises the outer barrel member 10 whose peripheral side, first and second ends are closed, and the inner barrel member 20 disposed inside the outer barrel member. The liquid or powdered content is stored in the space formed between the outer barrel member and the inner barrel member. The outer barrel member has a part 16 to be opened, located on the second end side from the first end 11, for opening the outer barrel member. The inner barrel member has the closed peripheral side part, the first end part 21 opened or to be opened, and the second end part 22 at least part of which has an opened part or a part to be opened. The first end part of the inner barrel member is located on the second end side from the part to be opened of the outer barrel member, and the outer surface of the inner barrel member is air-tightly or liquid-tightly sealed to the inner surface of the outer barrel member.
