The first sheet-like member 10 having a section that is to be delivered first and a section that is to be delivered subsequently during delivery to the second sheet- like member 20a, 24a, the first sheet-like member 10 being held on the holding surface 53 with suction air from a plurality of holes 54 that have been formed on the holding surface 53. The holding section 51 having at least two suction chambers 56 of a first suction chamber 56d that is in communication with holes 54 that suck the section that is to be delivered first and a second suction chamber 56u that is in communication with holes 54 that suck the section that is to be delivered subsequently. The first sheet-like member 10 being delivered to the second sheet- like member 20a, 24a in a state in which the first suction chamber 56d and the second suction chamber 56u have been partitioned so as not to allow air to pass through to each other.
