The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using a silkworm-derived extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using a silkworm-derived extract, containing a composite mixture obtained by mixing the silkworm-derived extract, a bee venom extract, and a plant extract at the ratio of 1-5:1-5:1-10. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition contains, as main ingredients, the silkworm-derived extract showing efficacy in wrinkle amelioration and skin whitening, in addition to the bee venom extract which has antioxidant ability.
