PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mens urine absorbent pad that eliminates the need for assembly when in use, can be worn in underwear stably and easily, and makes urine be hard to leak out even in the case of urinary incontinence.SOLUTION: A first setup face-piece 20 and a second setup face-piece 22 of a mens urine absorbent pad 10 are formed through a folded part 24. The upper part of the second setup face-piece 22 forms a folded cover part 26. A penis locking notch 28 with a penis part 1 locked therein is formed at the tip part of the folded cover part 26. A first side surface body 30 is formed at one side of the first setup face-piece 20 and the second setup face-piece 22, and a second side surface body 32 is formed at the other side. A first side surface body flap 31 is formed at the first side surface body 30, and a second side surface body flap 33 is formed at the second side surface body 32. A penis accommodation pocket 35 is formed by being surrounded by the first setup face-piece 20, the second setup face-piece 22, the first side surface body 30 and the second side surface body 32.
