PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine leakage absorbent sanitary article for male which prevents a front opening pocket of underpants for male from getting contaminated even when a droplet of residual urine drops from the tip of a penis at the end of urination.SOLUTION: A urine leakage absorbent sanitary article for male which is attached to underpants for male having a front opening pocket 210 formed in such a shape that a fabric on a front side and a fabric of a back side are openably/closably overlapped with each other, includes a first urine absorbent pad part 110 covering the rear face of a fabric 211 on the front side of the front opening pocket 210 and the rear face of a fabric 213 on a left side of the front opening pocket, and a second urine absorbent pad part 120 covering the rear face of a fabric 212 on the back side of the front opening pocket 210 and the rear face of a fabric 214 on the right side of the front opening pocket 210. It is also preferable if the first urine absorbent pad part 110 includes a folding part 115 toward the front side of the fabric 212 on the back side of the front opening pocket 210.
