PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly hold a urine absorbing pad to penis of the male genital organ regardless of the use of disposable diaper.
SOLUTION: The device is formed in mat shape by joining a cover piece 1 covering from the penis to the scrotum of male genital organs and a contact piece 2 covering only the penis. A wide bag 3 is arranged between the cover piece 1 and the contact piece 2 in order to insert the penis of the male genital organ. The cover piece 1 surrounding the bag 3 and the inner surface of the contact piece 2 have waterproofness for inhibition of urine absorption. The outer surface 21 of the contact piece 2 has good skin contact feeling to the lower abdomen.
