PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can be easily attached to a male genitalia for use, and can effectively prevent leakage of urine by ensuring good attachment.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1a is bag-shaped such that at least one part of one end opens, and comprises a urine-collecting bag 2 having a male genitalia-inserting hole 3 for inserting a male genitalia 82 into one surface, a cap 5 which is elongated from one part around an opening 4 of the urine-collecting bag 2 and seals the opening by replicating the opening 4 of the urine-collecting bag 2 so as to cover it. The urine-collecting bag 2 comprises a laminated sheet 14 in which an absorbent 22 is at least partially inserted into between an inner sheet 18 made of a liquid-permeable material and an outer sheet 20 made of a liquid-impermeable material. The male genitalia 82 of a user is inserted into the male genitalia-inserting hole 3, and urine is absorbed and preserved in the absorbent 22 by transmitting the excreted urine of the user through the inner sheet 18 of the urine-collecting bag 2.
