PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having improved menstrual blood migration property from a liquid-permeable layer to an absorber and capable of reducing the menstrual blood remaining in the liquid-permeable layer (especially, internal spaces of protrusions) in the absorbent article including the liquid-permeable layer having hollow protrusions.SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and an absorber 4 provided between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3. A blood lubricity imparting agent having kinetic viscosity at 40°C of 0.01-80 mm/s, a hydration ratio of 0.01-4.0 mass%, and weight-average molecular weight of less than 1,000 is applied to the hollow protrusions 8 formed on an excretory orifice contact area of the top sheet 2.【課題】内部が空洞の凸部を有する液透過性層を備えた吸収性物品であって、液透過性層から吸収体への向上した経血移行性を有し、液透過性層（特に凸部の内部空間）に残存する経血を低減させることができる吸収性物品を提供する。【解決手段】液透過性のトップシート２と、液不透過性のバックシート３と、トップシート２及びバックシート３の間に設けられた吸収体４とを備えた生理用ナプキン１において、トップシート２の排泄口当接領域に形成された、内部が空洞の凸部８に、４０℃における動粘度が０．０１～８０ｍｍ2／ｓ、抱水率が０．０１～４．０質量％、重量平均分子量が１，０００未満である血液滑性付与剤を塗工する。【選択図】図２
