PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device facilitating operation by arranging an operation part in a device body at an appropriate position and improving usability of the device.SOLUTION: A device body 15 operates pressing means in a state where a pressing part 10 surrounds a predetermined range of an upper extremity and lower extremity containing a massage target position and is capable of performing massage by the pressing means. The device body includes an operation part 15a in a face generally perpendicular to an attachment face to the attachment part 10 and generally parallel to a cylinder longer direction of the pressing part 10. Whichever position of the upper extremity and lower extremity is a massage target, the operation part 15a can be arranged in an orientation handled easily by a user. Thereby, the user can operate the operation part 15a reliably while viewing the operation part when in operating the operation part 15a and force operating the operation part 15a is not directed to a side where the upper extremity or lower extremity is present.
