The sheet for the patient and the mattress provided with the same according to the present invention can freely change the lying posture of the user by a simple operation of lifting the moving sheet part to prevent a bedsore while being used as a sheet by covering the mattress without putting other special bedsore preventing mat on the mattress to use the mattress, thereby being simple and convenient to use and being easy to treat, store and manage. And, the present invention does not increase height of the mattress by not putting the other special bedsore preventing mat on the mattress to provide comfort and ease to the patient and to enable the patient to sleep well, thereby preventing a negative influence on a disease condition.
