PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking type rice planting machine including a reduced number of components, having an excellent maintainability, and having a seedling stopper holding structure capable of setting a working point for a seedling stopper low.SOLUTION: The walking type rice planting machine includes the seedling stopper 240 disposed below a seedling table 61 in such a way as rotatable in the vertical direction for preventing vertical feeding of a seedling mat 66 by abutting to the lower end of the seedling mat 66 placed on the seedling table 61.
