PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition enriched powdered food soluble in 70-100°C water without becoming undissolved powder lumps, even though highly containing slightly soluble whey protein, and allowing a patient of surgery, an elderly person, or a patient in a poor nutritional state, orally requiring nutritional support to easily orally ingest it as warm meal.SOLUTION: This nutrition enriched powdered food is dissolved in 70-100°C water without becoming undissolved powder lumps by including 0.002-0.02 pt.mass of lecithin, based on 1 pt.mass of whey protein, in slightly soluble whey protein in 70-100°C water.
