The present invention relates to a compound containing N, S heterocycle and having nematocidal activity, preparation method and use thereof. In particular, disclosed are a compound of formula (I), or optical isomer, cis/trans isomers or agrochemically acceptable salt thereof, and preparation method thereof. Also disclosed are an agricultural composition containing the compound, and uses of the agricultural composition.
