PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when fluoroscopic imaging, continuous imaging, or multiple-time imaging is performed in a movable round-visit X-ray car, the movable round-visit X-ray car is sometimes required to move due to positional arrangement of other treatment apparatuses, a medical doctor, and an engineer, with the result that treatment is forced to be continued in an inconvenient condition, and thus the patient, doctor, and engineer are burdened with additional loads.SOLUTION: A movable X-ray apparatus comprises: an X-ray tube for emitting X rays an arm for supporting the X-ray tube, a support medium for supporting the arm and a movement mechanism mounted on the support medium. In the movable X-ray apparatus: the arm has movable means and the X-ray tube can be fixed in any position in a movable area of the arm, has means for detecting the position of the irradiation center axis of the X-ray tube relative to the support medium, further has means for detecting the amount of travel of the movement mechanism of the support medium, changes the position or shape of the arm depending upon the result of the travel amount detection means, and holds the position of the irradiation center axis of the X-ray tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 移動型X線撮影回診車において、透視撮影や連続撮影、複数回撮影を行う際に、移動型X線撮影回診車を他の処置機器や、医師や技師との場所の配置により、移動せざるおえない状況がある。その場合、不便な状況で処置を続けるしかなく、患者や医師、技師に負担をかけることになっていた。【解決手段】 X線を曝射するX線管球と前記X線管球を保持するアームと、前記アームを支持する支持体と前記支持体に移動機構を有する移動型のX線撮影装置において、前記アームは可動手段を有し、前記X線管球は前記アームの可動領域内の任意の位置で固定可能であり、前記支持体と前記X線管球の照射中心軸の相対位置を検知する手段を有し、さらに前記支持体の移動機構の移動量を検知する手段を有し、前記移動量検知手段の結果に応じて、前記アームの位置、もしくは形状を変化させ、前記X線管球の照射中心軸の位置を保持することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
