PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray apparatus capable performing movement operation of an arm with smaller force.SOLUTION: A mobile X-ray apparatus 1 includes: an X-ray device a body mounting therein a control unit controlling the X-ray device a truck mounting thereon the body an arm supporting the X-ray device a support pillar supporting the arm and supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the truck in both normal/reverse directions and a movable mechanism inclining the truck. As the movable mechanism, a wheel position movement mechanism 11 lifting or lowering the position of a front wheel 109a of the truck 108 is arranged. A control device 107 lifts or lowers the position of the front wheel 109a at a predetermined timing, thereby inclines or returns to a horizontal state the truck 108.
