The present invention provides a method for enhancing salt resistance of rice, which comprises the following steps: a neglect step for disinfecting and washing full mature seeds of the rice and neglecting the full mature seeds of the rice in a medium at the temperature of 24 to 27°;C and under a light-free condition for 5 to 6 weeks; and a gradual culture step for culturing a callus selected in the neglect step at the temperature of 24 to 27°;C and under the light-free condition while gradually increasing the salinity of salts.
