PURPOSE: ATPG3 protein and a gene thereof are provided to have functions of plant productivity enhance, aging retardation, and stress resistance. CONSTITUTION: ATPG3 protein has more than 90% of sequence homology with amino acid disclosed in sequence number 2. ATPG3 gene ciphers the protein. A manufacturing method of a plant body in which aging is delayed comprises the steps of: inserting the gene to expression vector, which is connected to be operated at a regulatory sequence capable of overexpress the gene； transforming the expression vector at the plant body； and selecting plant body having expression type of delayed aging.본 발명은 식물의 생산성 증대 기능, 노화 지연 기능 및 스트레스 내성 기능을 갖는 ATPG3 단백질과 그 유전자 및 이들의 용도를 개시한다. 상기 형질전환되어 과별현된 식물체는 생산성이 증대되는 특성을 보일 뿐만 아니라 노화 지연 특성과 스트레스 내성 특성도 보인다.
