A plant with regulated nitrogen assimilation is prepared by transforming the gene with the recombinant expression vector. A composition for controlling nitrogen assimilation in a plant contains the AtSIZ1 gene.본 발명은 식물 생장 및 발달에 필수 조건인 인 또는 칼륨의 보충 및/또는 질소원의 공급에 반응하여 생장을 회복하는 아라비돕시스 siz1-2 식물의 능력에 관한 것이다.
