The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of cultivating pear in which beta-glucan component having immunity function can be produced, and which provides consumers with better pear fruit by spraying a beta-glucan enzyme liquid material, thereby mixing the beta-glucan enzyme liquid material with calcium to produce good quality pear fruit. The method according to the present invention comprises: mixing a pear enzyme which has been prepared in advance with raw materials having immunity functional components, i.e., Lingzhi mushroom, Coriolus versicolor, Phellinus linteus, Curcuma longa, Orostachys Herba, and Avena sativa L. to prepare an enzyme, i.e., a beta-glucan material comprising the immunity functional components; mixing 500 ml of the enzyme with an agricultural chemicals in 500 L of water per an agricultural machinery vehicle (speed sprayer) used during disinfection control of an orchard to prepare a mixed solution; and spraying the mixed solution 6 to 7 times annually. The method according to the present invention is a technology of adding component with an immunity functional component to the inside of pear. Although material, i.e., a polyphenol antioxidant component exists in general pear, the present farm has been grafting the technique on agriculture since 1997 after developing and acquiring a unique technique capable of additionally generating a beta-glucan component, i.e., the immunity functional component. Many farmers have been working on a lot of fields. It can be seen that the present farm also renders much service to neighbors by inventing such an invention for agricultural development. The present farm has been received an inspection report including a sample name of Singo Pears, test item of beta-glucan, and a result of mg/g per 1 g from Korea Institute of Functional Foods on September 22, 2014, and also in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The inspection report can be opened to the public during visit to the present farm. Pears produced by th
