The method comprises: a step for adding a secondary cell; a step for determining whether the secondary cell is applicable to related measurement; and a step for determining whether the secondary cell is included in a cellsTriggeredList, wherein when the secondary cell is not applicable to the related measurement and the secondary cell is included in the cellsTriggeredList, the secondary cell is removed from the cellsTriggeredList.
