A hole for combing the bottom of the blood container is prepared on the center of the piston.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 의료기기에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 자세하게는 자가혈 피부재생 시술을 위하여 혈액을 채혈하여 버피코트를 추출하는데 사용되는 버피코트추출키트와, 이 버피코트추출키트를 사용하기 위한 버피코트 추출용 주사기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 버피코트추출키트(1)는 통상의 주사기에 피스톤 대신 결합되어 사용되는데, 상부마개(11), 상부마개 하부에 형성되는 혈액용기(12), 그리고 상기 혈액용기의 하단에 결합되는 피스톤(13)으로 구성된다. 혈액용기(12)는 상기 상부마개(11)의 용기고정부(112) 하면에 고정되는데, 상부확장부(121)와 하부수축부(122) 그리고 하부확장부(123)로 구성된다.본 발명의 버피코트추출키트를 사용하여 채혈을 하고 이를 원심분리기로 분리하면, 비록 전체 혈액의 1%정도로 미량의 버피코트라도 버피코트 층은 하부수축부(122)에서 상당한 높이로 형성되므로 이를 육안으로 식별하면서 정확히 추출하는 것이 용이하다.
