PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and the like that enable intuitive and simple modification and setting of an extinction color.SOLUTION: A medical image processor comprises an input part, a calculation part, a display control part, and an image generation part. The input part allows a user to input a color value for a material to be imaged. The calculation part determines an extinction color for the material on the basis of the color value input from the input part. The display control part causes a display part to display a graphical user interface for adjusting the determined extinction color.
