PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective agent composition consisting of only natural components because presently natural product preference becomes higher while many of protective agent compositions of skin or hair are obtained by emulsifying a natural or synthetic oily component with a synthetic surfactant.SOLUTION: The invention provides: (1) a cosmetic composition for skin and hair protection containing plant phospholipids and vegetable oils and (2) a cosmetic composition according to the cosmetic composition for skin and hair protection described in (1), wherein the vegetable oils are one or more kinds selected from soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, and macadamia nut oil.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来、皮膚或いは毛髪の保護剤組成物としては、天然又は合成の油性成分を合成の界面活性剤で乳化したものが多く、天然物嗜好が強まる今日、天然成分のみからなる保護剤組成物が望まれていた。【解決手段】(1)植物リン脂質と植物性油脂とを含有する皮膚、毛髪の保護用化粧料組成物。(2)植物性油脂が大豆油、ヒマワリ油、マカデミアナッツ油から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする(1)記載の皮膚、毛髪の保護用化粧料組成物。
