The invention relates to a process for separating the pantothenic acid from aqueous solutions, from media resulting from chemical or enzymatic reactions and from fermentation liquids. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in that the aqueous solution containing the pantothenic acid is subjected to a reactive extraction with dichloromethane as a solvent, which contains lauryl-trialkylmethylamine in a concentration of 40 g/l, while vigorously stirring the phases, at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min, followed by re-extraction of pantothenic acid from the solvent, with a 3...4% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, while vigorously stirring the phases, at a temperature of 25°C, for 1 min.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de separare a acidului pantotenic din soluţii apoase, din mediile rezultate din reacţii chimice sau enzimatice, precum şi din lichidele de fermentaţie. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că soluţia apoasă care conţine acidul pantotenic se supune extracţiei reactive cu solvent diclormetan care conţine lauril-trialchilmetilamină într-o concentraţie de 40 g/l, sub o agitare intensă a fazelor, la o temperatură de 25°C, timp de 1 min, urmată de reextracţia acidului pantotenic din solvent cu o soluţie apoasă de hidroxid de sodiu 3...4%, sub o agitare intensă a fazelor, la o temperatură de 25°C, timp de 1 min.
