The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ramie leaf noodles and ramie leaf noodles manufactured by the same. The method includes the following steps: (a) preparing a mixture by mixing wheat flour, ramie leaves, brown rice bran, oat, adlay, and salt and then grinding the same; and (b) adding water into the mixture, prepared in step (a), to produce dough, and making noodles by inserting the dough into a noodle making machine.
