PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge forming machine that eliminates the need for preparing multiple ridge upper surface forming bodies even if the soil is different, and a ridge upper surface forming body for the same.SOLUTION: A ridge forming machine 11 includes a banking unit 41 for banking soil, a rotatable ridge side forming body 51 for compacting the banking banked by the banking unit 41 to form a ridge side, and a rotatable ridge upper surface forming body 61 for compacting the banking to form the ridge upper surface.
