PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-plastering machine forming a levee side surface with uniform hardness.SOLUTION: The levee-plastering machine is equipped with a soil piling body for piling up soil, and an approximately circular truncated cone-shaped rotatable levee side surface forming body 24 that compacts piled soil so as to form an inclined surface-like levee side surface. A diameter-reduced side end of the levee side surface forming body 24 is equipped with an approximately cylindrical rotatable levee top surface forming body 25 that compacts soil and so as to form a horizontal plane-like levee top surface. In the ridge upper side forming body 25, a projection 26 for moving soil toward the side of the levee side surface forming body 24 is provided on an outer peripheral surface.
