PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that conventional form assembling of levee concrete requires transporting materials or piling, placing a burden on bodies, and when there is an obstacle, such as a stone, especially when piling, a tip of the pile is broken, creating a burden.SOLUTION: The form 3 can be buried with earth and sand by operation of a product 1 and a product 2 installed on a drilled surface.
