In the massage sofa according to the present invention allowing cushion attachment and detachment and including a seat for sitting and a backrest disposed in the back of the seat, the seat includes a first massage unit provided in the seat and a first cushion and a second cushion placed on an upper surface of the first massage unit and respectively connected to the seat to be capable of being folded toward the outside of the sofa and the backrest includes a second massage unit provided in the backrest and a third cushion attached to and detached from a front face of the second massage unit.
