The present invention relates to an ostomy pouch of colorectal stoma. The main structure thereof comprises a breathable mesh band, an adhesive assembly disposed at one end of the breathable mesh band, an adhesive member disposed at the other end of the breathable mesh band, a port part formed on the adhesive assembly to be communicated with the colorectal stoma, a first adhering part defined on the adhesive assembly and located at the upper side of the port part, a second adhering part defined on the adhesive assembly and located at the lower side of the port part, and a covering member disposed at one side of the port part to cover the ostomy pouch of the colorectal stoma. The width of the first adhering part is smaller than that of the second adhering part.
