PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volumetric feeder for cooked rice capable of surely and quickly carrying out quantitative measurement of cooked rice minimizing damage on cooked rice in the process of measuring the amount of cooked rice.SOLUTION: A loosening mechanism 35 is constituted of a feed roller 3 composed of crests 25 and troughs 26 each formed in the circumferential direction thereof, and of a loosening roller 4 that fits to the feed roller 3 and includes a plurality of saw-tooth members 30 each formed in the circumferential direction thereof and cooked-rice storage sections 46 each formed among them respectively.
