PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that allows an optical element to be mounted correctly, and an optical element used for the same.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus for imaging the angulus iridocornealis of an eye to be examined includes a projection optical system for projecting an illumination light onto the angulus iridocornealis of the eye to be examined; and a mounting part that can mount an optical element inserted on an optical axis of the projection optical system. The mounting part includes regulation means for regulating the posture of the optical element. For example, the regulation means may regulate a rotation angle around an optical axis of the optical element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8【課題】光学素子を正しく装着することができる眼科装置、およびそれに用いる光学素子を提供する。
