An endoscope includes a rotatable raising base connection portion exposed on a surface of a distal end of an insertion portion； a first indicator provided in the insertion portion； and an endoscope cap including a bottomed tubular cover, which has an opening end portion and is attachable to and detachable from the distal end of the insertion portion through the opening end portion, and a raising base. The endoscope cap has a second indicator provided on the cover to correspond to the first indicator and a lever connection portion that is connected to the raising base connection portion and is provided rotatably inside the cover. The endoscope cap may be implemented to be easily attached to a distal end of the endoscope.
