PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear visual field by removing stain in a subject or an insertion section without enlarging the diameter of the insertion section.SOLUTION: The endoscope cap 1 includes: a tubular cap body 2 whose distal end and proximal end are open an attaching portion 3 provided on the proximal end side of the cap body to be attached to the distal end 10 of the insertion section of an endoscope a hood 4 provided on the distal end side of the cap body to form a space for observing the subject by keeping a regular interval between the distal end of the insertion section and the subject when the attached part is attached to the endoscope distal end of the insertion section and the distal end of the cap body is brought into contact with the subject and an outlet provided in the attached part or in the hood for discharging a fluid within the space formed by the hood.
