An endoscope cap (50) which can be attached to and detached from an endoscope equipped with a lever (60) rotatably provided at the distal end of an insertion portion of the endoscope and a rotation portion (24) for rotating the lever (60), wherein the endoscope cap (50) is equipped with a tubular cover (52) and a raising base (80) rotatably supported by the inside of the cover (52), the base being connected to the lever (60) when the cover (52) is attached to the endoscope and rotating in accordance with the rotation of the lever (60).
