The invention relates to biotechnology and immunology. Proposed is a chimeric immunoglobulin preparation containing immunoelectrophoretically pure chimeric secretory immunoglobulin А (S-IgA), isolated from the milk serum and/or colostral serum of immunized cows, in which the bovine secretory component is substituted by a human donor component or recombinant component. The base preparation (substance) contains 6-12% chimeric S-IgA, has a pH value of 4-8 and an anticomplementary activity of at least 10 mg of protein, not activating 2 CH50, protects in >70% against infection (in the event of infection of the macroorganism in doses of 10 ID50), is not reactogenic in the case of intravenous administration, and can contain stabilizing additives in a total concentration of not more than 4%. Technical result: reduced immunogenicity and reactogenicity, and a broader range of therapeutic effectiveness.Linvention concerne la biotechnologie et limmunologie. Linvention porte sur un médicament à base dimmunoglobuline chimérique comprenant de limmunoglobuline chimérique sécrétoire A (S-IgA) pure en termes dimmunoélectrophorèse, extraite à partir du sérum de lait et/ou du colostrum de vaches immunisées, dans laquelle le composant sécrétoire du boeuf est remplacé par un composant humain venant du donneur ou recombinant. La préparation (substance) de base comprend entre 6-12 % de S-IgA chimérique, a une valeur de pH de 4-8, une activité anti-complémentaire dau moins 10 mg de protéine, sans activation de de CH50, protège dans plus de 70 % des cas contre les infections (en cas de contagion du macro-organisme dans des doses 10 ID50), nest pas réactogène lors de ladministration intraveineuse, peut comprendre des additifs de stabilisation à une concentration générale de 4 % au maximum.
